When will my item(s) get to me?  Please wait at least 1-5 business days to get your package after it has left our warehouse. 

Do you give refunds? No, unfortunately we do not. Items can be returned for store credit only. Please visit our return policy page for more details.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. 

How do I cancel an order? We aim to process orders the same day. We do not allow the cancellations of orders. If you purchase the wrong size or color, please contact our customer service department via email: fashionfaceapparel@gmail.com. However, we can't promise that your error will be corrected during the shipment process. 

I received a damaged item. What should I do? In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email (fashionfaceapparel@gmail.com) as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If applicable, we will kindly provide a return shipping label so that you can send your item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.

What do I do if I can’t fit an item I purchased? If an item doesn’t fit, you can exchange the item for the right size. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date. We do not accept returns on any jewelry.
